In no particular order.

10 Things I Hate About You
Almost Famous
Ever After (I watched this every single day after school in 8th grade)
The Shawshank Redemption
Finding Nemo
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Big Fish
A Knight’s Tale
Empire Records
Life is Beautiful (so much better with subtitles!)
Little Women
Anne of Green Gables
Pride and Prejudice (BBC version is great for the whole story, newer version great if you’re in the mood for a movie but don’t have the time to commit to 5 hours)
V For Vendetta (I think I have a thing for futuristic, distopian governments getting overthrown)
The Princess Bride
Love Actually
Lady and the Tramp
Pirates of the Caribbean (have secret ambition to become a pirate)
O Brother, Where Art Thou? (great soundtrack, even though I don’t like country music)
I am Sam
A Little Princess
The Holiday
James Bond
Peter Pan (the new one is so wonderful!)
The Godfather
High Fidelity
Across the Universe
The Interpreter
Love in the Time of Cholera
August Rush
The Namesake (actually better than the book)
We Are Marshall (I’ve never cried so hard in a movie before!)
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (by far one of the most beautiful movies I’ve ever seen)

You’ve got some great movies on your list, namely Big Fish, Amelie, Shawshank, etc., but unfortunately, the one that I have to completely, 100% disagree with is The Namesake. I just couldn’t deal with that one at all. The trailer looked really good, but the movie just didn’t pay off.

I still need to check out Across the Universe. I’m excited about that one.
