Uneventful Weekend

12 Apr

Not much has happened worthy of report this weekend. Today is Easter, which is supposed to be spent with family. I’ve spent mine in my room, alone, working on homework all day. I can’t wait until I have a break and don’t have to work on homework all the time.

Yesterday I drove up to the Gaffney outlets to find a pair of jeans. A few days ago I ripped the knee of my best pair of jeans and needed to find another pair. I’m still going to try and fix the old ones, but I’m not sure how good that’s going to turn out. So, I just decided to find new ones that are still nice. Luckily I was able to find the same ones, which was great.

Before dinner yesterday Melody and I went to see the baby chicks at Tractor Supply. They were really cute! Melody had been a few days ago when they also had ducks, but there weren’t any left when we went.

Today has been spent working on my presentation for Non-Western art on Tuesday, about Inca art. It’s been time-consuming, but I think it will be good. Not nearly as intense as my big art history thesis presentation coming up here in less than a month.

That’s really about the extent of my anti-adventures recently. Nothing exciting.
